Treatment packages/deals not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

All customers booked for a cosmetic/injectable treatment must attend a compulsory consultation either in person or via Skype with Lush Cosmetic Skin Clinics Medical Practitioner, and be deemed suitable for treatment prior to receiving treatment by Registered Nurse.

Lush Cosmetic Skin Clinic's Medical Practitioner, Registered Nurses and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and to refuse treatment for the client if deemed not suitable. This decision is to be made by the Lush Cosmetic Skin Clinic's Medical Practitioner, Registered Nurses and/or technician at their absolute discretion.

Cancellation policy of 24hrs notice is required for any individual treatment booked, purchased within treatment packages/deals or treatment is forfeit.

A maximum rescheduling allowance of 3 times total per treatment packages/deals is applicable or treatment is forfeit.

50% cost of treatment may be required as pre-payment towards purchase and is at the owners discretion. Applicable for injectable treatments, customer special orders, group bookings, education/training programs and for products or treatments over $300.

Treatment packages/deals are not able to be split between more than one person or transferred to another service. Where applicable, treatment packages/deals must be used in full during single visit e.g. 2ml of Dermal Filler deal, where medically safe and appropriate to do so.

Treatment packages/deals are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.

Treatments packages/deals once purchased and first treatment within treatment package/deal is redeemed are non refundable, in part or in whole or transferable any other person. If treatment is deemed not suitable for customer, an alternate service at same value as RRP, may be offered by Lush Cosmetic Skin Clinics owner and is at owners discretion.

Offers and treatment packages/deals are for a limited time only and are subject to availability.

Lush Cosmetic Skin Clinic reserves the right to end a sale or amend pricing at any time without prior notification or advertisement.

Promotion pricing applies to specified treatments only. Excludes all other treatments and products listed in the Lush Cosmetic Skin Clinic treatment and pricing guide, or website.
